Digital Future Initiatives is our umbrella programme preparing young Nigerians for a technology-driven future. It is organised into three journeys, each focused on a distinct pathway into the digital economy, from data literacy to artificial intelligence to hands-on software development.
In today's world, data drives decisions, and we believe no young person should be left behind in that journey. The Data & Insight Journey (DIJ) introduces young people to digital literacy, data awareness, and data-driven problem-solving. Through interactive learning sessions, mentorship, and practical exercises, participants gain exposure to how information can be used to address social and community challenges. The program inspires curiosity, critical thinking, and innovation, preparing a new generation of youth to turn data into positive change.
The AI & Innovation Journey introduces young people to the fundamentals of artificial intelligence and emerging technology, helping them understand how AI tools work and how they can be applied responsibly to solve real community problems. Through guided projects and mentorship, participants build the confidence to explore AI not just as users, but as future creators and innovators.
The Code & Build Journey is a hands-on software development track where participants learn to design, code, and ship real digital products, from simple websites to functional apps. The programme pairs structured learning with mentorship from working developers, giving participants a practical, portfolio-ready introduction to a career in tech.
